On October 30, JKT48 and MNL48 performed at “TikTok for you stage 2022,” a concert organized by TikTok Indonesia in Jakarta.
The event brought together the hottest artists on TikTok from Indonesia and other neighbouring Asian countries.
ABBY, SHEKI, and COLEEN from MNL48 appeared at the press conference two days before the stage. ABBY said “This is the first time for me to be on the same stage with other sister groups, since the covid. So I’m looking forward to it Abby spoke happily and enthusiastically”.
On stage, JKT48 performed “Heavy Rotation” followed by MNL48’s “NO WAY MAN. In the end, both groups sang “Koisuru Fortune Cookie” together. The audience cheered loudly with delight.
After the performance, the MNL48 members visited the JKT48 Theater. For the first time in a long time, the groups enjoyed getting to know each other in person.
